As soon as we have successfully completed the planning phase, we will start recruiting and put everything in place to present you with suitable applicants in a timely manner.
The organization of an online interview between you and the applicant, the optimal linguistic preparation for everyday working life in Germany, the transmission of the employment contract between you and the applicant or the recognition of skilled workers from abroad.
To ensure a smooth process, we also organize the transfer to Germany and communicate with you the planned arrival date.
We support your new employees with the formalities of the residents' registration office, e.g. applying for a German tax ID, opening a bank account and other organizational tasks, so that nothing stands in the way of living and starting work in Germany.
